Description
Brewed with Gohyakumangoku and Yume Sasara sake rice alongside Tochigi's original yeast, this junmai ginjo from a brewery where local rice underpins more than 90% of production shows a soft aroma and clean, crisp palate. The brewery draws on the cold air descending from the Nikko mountains and pure local water to express the region's lighter style.
