From the brewery
Since the founding in Tempo 13 (1842), we have pumped the clear famous water at the foot of Mt. In addition, we consider that "pure rice brewed sake is the original local sake" and focuses on its manufacturing. Approximately 90 % of our manufacturing volume is "Junmai Brewing Sake".
