Description
Named for the brewery's founder Hisazo, this junmai ginjo from Zuikan in Hiroshima carries the house style of soft entry, dry finish, and umami-centered depth drawn from Arida Shimizu spring water and locally grown rice. Exact rice and polish details are not publicly listed for this release. The brewery's 'local sake is culture' ethos connects the label to Miyoshi's northern Hiroshima terroir.
