Description
Junmai Ginjo Gihei is the flagship expression of the Gihei sub-brand from the Kaishuichi brewery in Aizu Wakamatsu, a historic label dating to 1643 that resumed production in 2007 from one of Japan's smallest brewing facilities. The brewery uses locally grown Fukushima rice and Utsukushima Kirameki yeast, producing sake known for its clean, vibrant character.
