Using all of the rice suitable for sake brewing from Akita Prefecture, 55 % of rice polishing. Carefully brewed at "Association 1801" used for our exhibition sake. Junmai Ginjo Sake, which is a refreshing drink and has a gorgeous fragrance. KURAMASTER2018 Platinum Award, the 2019 Gold Awards held in Paris, France, has been awarded in a row.
