Named after the Shimanto River, one of Japan's last pristine clear rivers flowing through Kochi, this junmai daiginjo reflects the purity of its source water. Kikusui Shuzo harnesses the clean mountain water and warm Kochi terroir to craft a sake with delicate melon and pear aromas and a smooth, lingering finish.
