Description
Honjozo brewed from Gifu-grown rice at 60% polishing, with flakes of pure gold suspended in the bottle for ceremonial and celebratory occasions. The gold is edible and purely decorative, while the underlying sake carries the Shiramayumi hallmarks of umami and a crisp alpine-water finish. Kaba Shuzo positions Kagayaki (Radiance) as a gift and New Year bottle suited to auspicious occasions.

It is to make more people know our sake inscription "Shiraminbi". This also means protecting traditions, and also means evolving and pursuing quality.
"Shiramin Yumi" has a lineup of Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai sake, Honju, ordinary sake, sparring sake, and seasonal sake, but they all have a rich and clean aftertaste. It has been evaluated.
