🍶
Description
This sake is blended with locally grown yuzu fruit from Yamagata, balancing the citrus's natural tartness and light bitterness against the sake's sweetness. Made using the sokujo method, it comes in around 8 to 9% alcohol by volume for a well balanced, refreshing character rather than an overly sweet fruit sake.
