Description
Fruity and light with a medium body, this junmai ginjo opens with aromas of violet, melon, red apple and toasted sesame. Fermented with two different yeast strains, it carries luscious notes of peach and melon on the palate before a crisp, clean finish. Junmai ginjo means only rice, water, koji and yeast go into the brew, with no added distilled alcohol.
