🍶
Description
Brewed since 1919 in Akou, Okayama, under the Jitsugetsu label, this everyday sake is described by the brewery as slightly sweet yet clean on the finish, with no lingering aftertaste. Bizen-area rice and water from the Yoshii River substratum underpin the mild, food-friendly character.
