Izumisuehiro is produced by Okamura in Gunma Prefecture, brewed at a 70% polishing ratio. Gunma sake is characterized by the soft snowmelt water of the Joshinetsu mountain range, producing approachable, mild-flavored sake suited to everyday drinking.
