Description

Iyo no Sho Kyoto (Little Kyoto of Iyo) is named for Ozu City in Ehime Prefecture, famous for its Edo-period merchant streetscapes that earned it the sobriquet 'Little Kyoto of Iyo.' Goto Shuzo in Kita-gun, Ehime, brews this sake with the soft water of the Kuma River basin, capturing the refined, traditional character of this historic Shikoku town.
