Description
Azumino's Hizuko is adopted for koji rice, and it is designed to be used to use alcohol rice and brewed alcohol. Without charcoal filtration, the original color and aroma of the sake are left and bottled. After that, it is a regular sake that has been stored for more than a year until shipment and aged.
