Description
Ishidamitsunari is named for the famous Sengoku warlord Ishida Mitsunari, whose clan lineage the brewery's owner traces to the 15th generation. Brewed with Yamada Nishiki using slow low-temperature fermentation, it delivers a fruity and refined mouthfeel, and has earned gold awards at the Fukushima Sake Evaluation Competition.
