Aomori
We mainly use local sake brewing rice (flower blizzards, flowering, and gorgeous). The motto is to mainly use the yeast developed by Aomori Prefecture. The stains in the warehouse work for cleaning because they are the great enemies. Good sake is made based on the concept of everyone's peace. (Aomori Sake Brewery Association HP)
