Description

Ikenishiki Junmaikarakuchi Ikeshima is a dry (karakuchi) pure-rice sake from Ikenishiki Shuzo in Fujieda, Shizuoka, brewed without added alcohol and formulated for a higher nihonshu-do (sake meter value) indicating dryness. The Ikeshima label gives the expression a distinct identity within the brewery's lineup, and the dry profile is well suited to food pairing, complementing savory dishes without overwhelming them. Shizuoka's soft water supports the clean, crisp finish that characterizes good karakuchi sake.

We have inherited "Master in the warehouse" as a family lesson, and we are working with Mori and Kurito. I am particular about old -fashioned handmade, and I am happy and happy to make sake brewing, which conveys the creator's thoughts.
