Zuikan's standard honjozo from Hiroshima's Miyoshi region is a soft-entry, dry-finishing sake built around the brewery's Arida Shimizu spring water and commitment to rice-forward character. The 'Zuikan' (auspicious crown) style delivers mellow umami with a brisk, clean throat-feel suited to repeated drinking with meals. Specific rice variety is not disclosed for this release.

It is located in the middle of the JR Fukushio Line, which connects Fukuyama City to Miyoshi City, which is close to the Chugoku Mountains. The prepared water is one of the best brewing water in the prefecture, the Arita spring water (medium soft water), the latest brewing management of small quantities, and the upper tank are old -fashioned turret. "Sake brewing together with agriculture" = Ban -Agricultural Shigeru Brewery, and has begun contracting with low pesticides and organic agricultural methods in sake rice in 1983, and has a polishing rice.
