Description
Tsunodaru (角樽) is a Honjozo from Chiyokotobuki Toraya in Sagae, Yamagata, brewed with Haenuki, the celebrated Yamagata table rice also prized for sake production. Presented in the traditional horn-shaped cask used for auspicious celebrations in Japanese culture, it blends the brewery's century-old heritage with Yamagata's distinctive mineral character.
