Description

Honjozo hatsushibori (first pressing of the season) from Taikoku Shuzo, Okinawa's sole sake brewery, operating under the brand name Reimei. Founded in 1952, the brewery employs year-round four-season brewing with strict temperature management to overcome Okinawa's subtropical climate. The fresh-pressed nature gives this honjozo a balanced sweetness and new-sake fragrance.
