Honjozo Otokonakase is a honjozo-category sake from Nishimura Jozoten in Noshiro, Akita, brewed under the long-established Rakusen label. Honjozo production allows a limited addition of brewer's alcohol, traditionally used to extract aromatic compounds and sharpen the overall profile.
