Description
Hokuandaikoku Nojun Genshu Namachozo is an undiluted, live-storage sake from Kitaanjo Honke in Omachi, Nagano, cold-stored unpasteurized to preserve fresh aromas while allowing slow, controlled maturation. The genshu designation means no water has been added after brewing, resulting in a more concentrated, richer body compared to standard diluted sake. Kitaanjo Honke's use of Northern Alps snowmelt water and locally grown rice gives this expression a clean alpine freshness alongside its full-strength richness.
