Description

Named for the area surrounding Makimuku, the ancient capital associated with the legendary ruler Himiko, this sake from Nara's Sakurai region is made with Kinuhikari and a small proportion of black rice that imparts a delicate cherry-blossom hue. The brewery received Yamato Sakurai brand certification for this product.
