Hiizurukuni - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Tanzanshuzo Co.,Ltd, Kyoto
Description

Polished to 40%, this junmai daiginjo is fully hand-crafted at a Kameoka brewery that grows its own Yamada Nishiki without pesticides and uses no brewer's alcohol in any of its products. The name meaning 'land of the rising sun' reflects the brewery's vision, and the sake is recommended at room temperature or lightly chilled to bring out the rice's full umami.
