Hello KOUEIGIKU is a junmai from the revived Koueigiku Sake Brewery in Ogi, Saga, made with Omachi rice. The brewery was relaunched in 2019 after a 13-year closure, bringing a citrus-bright, fruit-forward house style led by brewmaster Yamamoto Katsuaki.
