Description
Developed by Fukui Prefectural Food Processing Research Institute, the latest yeast "FK-802", which was distributed in November 2018, has been adopted as soon as possible. It is a limited edition of Junmai Daiginjo Sake, which decorates the last Heisei, with a gorgeous scent of apple, a sweet and fresh scent reminiscent of bananas and pears, and a vivid taste peculiar to fresh sake.
