Description
Hanataka Junmai Ginjo Namazake is an unpasteurized expression from Hamashima Shuzo, a wholly hand-crafted brewery in Bungo-Ono, Oita, founded in 1889 and now in its fifth generation of family ownership. The fresh namazake style preserves the lively aromatics and soft texture that come from the brewery's small-batch techniques and locally grown rice. It is intended to be enjoyed soon after release as a vivid snapshot of the brewing season.
