Description

Yufubijin Junmai is named in homage to Yufu, the mountainous hot-spring town of Oita Prefecture whose name evokes the misty, otherworldly beauty of the region. Produced by Hamashima Shuzo as a pure junmai with no added alcohol, it carries the brewery's characteristic commitment to rice-forward flavor developed through estate farming and handmade production. The 'bijin' (beautiful person) in the name reflects a sake of graceful, clean character drawn from Oita's pristine mountain water.
