Takakiya Yamadanishiki Junmaikizake Hachijuugo Kisetsugenteisyu

🍶
Description

Junmai sake made with 100 % of self -cultivated Yamada Nishiki, does not polish more than necessary, and is used with 85 % polishing rice. By not polishing the rice, the acid derived from the rice comes out, and I feel the taste like eating rice. It is finished in a light and light sharp taste. Please cool and drink well.
