Ginjo Sake is a focus on polishing the Ehime prefecture's rice shrine shrimp to 50 %, using limited water supply raw material processing, ginjo sake koji, long -term low -temperature fermentation and ginjo brewing. It is a liquor featuring a soft taste and a clean throat.

This is the only small brewery founded in 1878, which remains in Niimama City, Ehime Prefecture.
It is located near the "Tsunaga Fuchi", which was selected as one of the hundreds of famous waters in Heisei.
It is the only local sake in Niihama in the soft soft water pumped from the 110m underground well and the sake brewing rice produced by contract farmers in Niihama city.
