Hanahimesakura Ehime Mikan-de-shu is a citrus liqueur from Kondo Shuzo in Ehime, blending sake with the sweet and fragrant mikan mandarin oranges that Ehime is famous for producing. The result is a bright, citrus-forward liqueur reflecting the region's most celebrated agricultural product.

This is the only small brewery founded in 1878, which remains in Niimama City, Ehime Prefecture.
It is located near the "Tsunaga Fuchi", which was selected as one of the hundreds of famous waters in Heisei.
It is the only local sake in Niihama in the soft soft water pumped from the 110m underground well and the sake brewing rice produced by contract farmers in Niihama city.
