Description

Gin no Sato rice, cultivated using water drawn directly from the brewery's own well, was grown by the tลji and forms the sole ingredient of this tokubetsu junmai from Enoki Shuzo in Kure, Hiroshima. The production concept emphasizes a direct connection between the brewing water and the rice raised from it.
