Description

This shiboritate junmai from Akabu Shuzo's Hamamusume brand is released unfiltered and unpasteurized immediately after pressing, preserving the fresh, lively character of the new-season brew. The Hamamusume label was originally beloved by the fishing communities of Otsuchi on the Iwate coast, and this nama expression carries that unpretentious, full-flavored spirit.
