Description

Hamamusume Jummaiginjoshu is part of Akabu Shuzo's historically rooted coastal brand, produced at the Morioka brewery rebuilt after the 2011 disaster destroyed the original Otsuchi facility. The Hamamusume line is crafted in the Nanbu Toji tradition for which Iwate Prefecture is renowned, yielding sake with full body and a measured acidity suited to everyday drinking.
