Description

Hagino Tsuru Junmai Daiginjo Shikenjouzoushu is a trial-batch daiginjo produced at Hagino Shuzou as an experimental brewhouse expression, crafted in very limited quantities outside the standard production lineup. Founded in 1840 in Kurihara City, Miyagi, the brewery uses natural Ryodosawa spring water and premium sake rice polished to daiginjo specifications to create a sake intended to push the boundaries of its own house style. The shikenjouzo ('test brewing') designation marks it as a rare, research-driven release.
