Description

A ginjo genshu from this Kanazawa brewery established in 1868, using Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku polished to 55% with soft Hakusan spring water. Bottled undiluted at natural pressing strength, it delivers the lean, savory depth of the ginjo alongside a firmer, more concentrated body from the absence of water adjustment.

Takeuchi Shuzoten Co.,Ltd

Ishikawa
Surrounded by the forest of the northeastern part of Kanazawa, it is a brewery made by a floating roof building that is quietly stuck. It is one of the small brewers in Japan, and only sells directly in the neighborhood. "Goshoizumi Ginjo" (formerly first -class liquor) pursues the real thing, uses only local rice -based rice -only rice, and has a average rice policy of 58 %. It is a wonderfully harmonious liquor.
