Description

Goshin Yamanokami Kobojikomi Junmaishu is a junmai brewed using the kobo workshop method at Gojo Shuzo in Gojo City, Nara, drawing on the sacred mountain god (Yamanokami) traditions of the Yoshino highland region. Nara's ancient brewing heritage and the Yoshino River valley's spiritual mountain water source define this distinctive, traditionally crafted junmai.

The sake of this brewery, which is blessed with the soft water of the cold north wind and the Kongo mountain system, is the local area for many years. In recent years, I have been focusing on making Ginjo sake. We also use it at a top -notch hotel restaurant.
