🍶
Description

This five-year aged sake (koshu) is named for Maeryohei, reflecting a family brewing legacy from a brewery in Kaga, Ishikawa. Extended cellar aging deepens the color and develops complex notes of dried fruit, caramel, and savory umami, a style historically common in Kaga sake culture.
