Description

Gohyakumangoku rice is the foundation of this ginjo-grade nama sake from one of Tokyo's traditional hand-crafted breweries in Akiruno City. Brewed using spring water that seeps from the foot of Tokura Castle Mountain, it has the fresh character typical of unpasteurized ginjo.
