Ginjo namagenshu pressed directly from the tank as a shiboritate at Ota Daita Shuzo's Iga facility, bottled without heat treatment. Groundwater from the Nunobiki mountain system and Mie Prefecture yeasts MK-3 and MK-1 yield a fresh, clean profile with lively aromatics.
