Ginjo Goshikihime

🍶
Description

Ginjo Goshikihime uses Matsuyama Mii polished to 50% from Tokumoto Shuzo in Ehime. Matsuyama Mii is Ehime's indigenous sake rice, and ginjo made from it is known for a mellow, gentle character reflecting the abundant soft groundwater of the region. This Ehime ginjo expresses the prefecture's traditional feminine sake style, called Iyo no onnashu.

As of 1873 (Meiji 6), it is the only sake brewer in Iyo City. I think that sake is a "local culture" and values the unique sake brewing in the local climate.
