Ginban Namaginjo Tsurugidake - Ginjo sake from Ginban Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Toyama
Description

Ginban Namaginjo Tsurugidake is an unpasteurized ginjo named for Mt. Tsurugi, the forbidding alpine peak of the Tateyama range whose snowmelt feeds Ginban Shuzo. Yamada Nishiki and fresh nama preservation combine with Tsurugidake's crisp, pure mountain water character to produce a vivid, high-altitude-inspired ginjo.
