Ginban Murokagenshu Tominokaori uses Tomi no Kaori, Toyama's locally developed sake rice, in an unfiltered, undiluted genshu from Ginban Shuzo. Tomi no Kaori (meaning 'fragrance of Toyama's wealth') contributes a distinctive regional aroma and flavor that reflects the agricultural heritage of eastern Toyama's Tateyama foothills.
