Description

Ginban Ginjo Tsurugidake is named for Tsurugidake (Mt. Tsurugi), one of the most challenging peaks of the Tateyama mountain range in Toyama, whose snowmelt feeds Ginban Shuzo's water source. This ginjo captures the clean, austere character of the alpine environment in a crisp, refreshing sake with the mineral precision of high-altitude snowmelt.
