Ginban Daiginjo Fukumika uses Yamada Nishiki in a daiginjo from Ginban Shuzo located at the foot of the Tateyama mountain range in eastern Toyama. The name Fukumika evokes good fortune and beauty, and the sake delivers the classic, elegant ginjo aromatics that Tateyama snowmelt water and premium rice polish enable.
