Gensui Mukashinagaranogenshu is a traditional-style undiluted sake from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi, Tottori, made in the old-fashioned way (mukashinagara = as in old times) without dilution or modern processing adjustments. The Field Marshal brewery's commitment to Kurayoshi's historic Sanin brewing methods defines this full-strength, uncompromising expression.

The former sake brewery is a corner of Kurayoshi's symbol, the white wall storehouse along Tamagawa. The initial sake inscription went to "Asahi Masamune" early in the Taisho era. Currently, in a well -maintained environment, he uses sake brewing that values the taste of nature, while protecting the handed techniques.
