Genshu Sasanotsuyu is a full-strength, undiluted sake made with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 65%, brewed by Kanei Brewing in Hadano, Kanagawa. Aged over 30 years as a flagship product, it carries a rich, mellow body with aromas reminiscent of fresh bamboo and a sharp, clean finish.
