Genshu (undiluted) sake from Ootsubo Shuzouten in Hida, Gifu, using locally grown rice at 70% polishing. The high natural alcohol content of 19% and a slightly sweet character make it suitable for drinking on the rocks or as a base for homemade umeshu.
