Description

It is a six -stage sake made of 5 million stones (48 % of Seirai) made in contract cultivation in Echizen -Ohno, as well as the famous water in Echizen -Ohno. The taste and aroma were slowly confined in low -temperature fermentation. The original sake preparation is divided into three stages, but the six -stage preparation is a liquor that is carefully prepared, from three -stage preparation to four -stage, five -stage, and six -dan. By preparing the mash in six -dan, fermentation becomes mild, and the richness of the alcohol is condensed firmly.
