🍶
Description
This Futsu style sake is herbaceous on the nose, with a light hint of grapefruit and a touch of earthiness. Good acidity and a mineral driven character carry through to a clean, medium finish, with soft rice sweetness and gentle umami underneath. It works well warm or chilled alongside tempura, shellfish, and other Japanese fare.
