Dewa Sansan milled to 50% in a daiginjo from Yonezawa, Yamagata, brewed with Azuma mountain subterranean water and Yamagata yeast. Named Kisaragi after the second lunar month, it carries a refined, floral ginjo aroma and a clean, bright palate characteristic of the Gasanryu style.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
